Reservations require a mandatory credit card guarantee or 100% advance at the time of confirmation.

Reservations may be cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
Until reserved, the rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Early check-in and late check-out requests can be considered at an additional charge, subject to the availability of rooms.
Children above 12 years are considered as adults.
Changes to the dates of stay, the number of guests per room, or the number of rooms confirmed will be subject to the current pricing, which may be different than
previously confirmed rates.
As per the Government of India norms, all occupants of the rooms are requested to carry and produce a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. Accepted ID proofs are as follows:
- For Indian Nationals - Drivers License, Passport, Voter ID or Aadhaar Card
- For International Guests - Passport
All Rooms are on a Double Occupancy basis. A maximum of 1 additional child of above 5 years or 1 adult will be accommodated in the room on a chargeable basis.
- *No visitors will be allowed in the room.
- *Guests will be furnished with e-bills for their room stay, F&B, and other services utilized, prior to their check-out. Physical bill copies will be printed out only on request.
- *Guests are requested to make all payments for their stays preferably through online platforms or by credit card.
- For the security, safety, and privacy of all our guests, visitors are not permitted within the guest rooms or accommodation areas. If you wish to meet someone, please utilize the public areas such as reception or restaurant.
