TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Reservations require a mandatory credit card guarantee or 100% advance at the time of confirmation.
• Reservations may be cancelled as per the cancellation policy mentioned on our website.
• Until reserved, the above rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests can be considered at an additional charge, subject to availability of rooms.
• Children above 12 years are considered as adults.
• Changes to the dates of stay, the number of guests per room, or the number of rooms confirmed will be subject to the current pricing, which may be different than previously confirmed rates.
• As per the Government of India norms, all occupants of the rooms are requested to carry and produce a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. Accepted ID proofs are as follows:
  – For Indian Nationals – Drivers License, Passport, Voter ID or Aadhaar Card
  – For International Guests – Passport
• All Rooms are on Double Occupancy basis. A maximum of 1 additional child of above 5 years or 1 adult will be accommodated in the room on a chargeable basis.
• Complimentary usage the swimming pool with proper swim wear.

Extra Person

• Children below 5 years can stay in the room with their parents, free of charge.
• Children between 6-11 years will be charged Rs. 1500 + GST.
• Adults (12 years and above) will be charged Rs. 2500 + GST.

• Tea/Coffee provisions in all rooms, complimentary and replenished daily

• Buffet Breakfast at the pool-side restaurant
• Electronic Safe in each room
• *Any additional requirements will be on a chargeable basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy : In case of cancellation of your hotel booking due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason we must be informed in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the email/letter and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• A booking can be cancelled / modified 10 days before the arrival date, the booking amount will be refunded after deducting the administrative charges.
• If cancelled from 09 days or less than 09 days of arrival 100% retention shall be charged
• In case of No show 100% retention shall be charged.

Administrative Charges: In case of refund, administrative charges @ 3% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.

During the peak period (20 Dec 2024 – 04 Jan 2025):

• All the bookings will be non cancellable and non refundable.
• 100% retention charges will be charged incase of No Show.

New Year GALA dinner on 31st Dec 2024 eve.

Charges @ Rs 7,000/- per person.

Children 6 yrs to below 12 years @ Rs 3000/- per child.
